PSM is a Nursery/Primary/Secondary School Management Information System (School Portal) which enables the effective management of human resources and students’ academic records, and while the school focuses on delivering quality education.

Its’ features includes but not limited to the following:

# Generates concise detailed digital report sheets and comprehensive statistical charts reports which adequately analyses students’ academic performance in applicable subjects.

# Manages the financial transactions (such as students’ school fees, staff loan, staff salary, e.t.c) of the school.

# It is also capable of Short Messaging Service (SMS) which results to automatic delivery of students’ result notifications and school fees balance notifications to parents’ mobile phones at a single mouse – click as well as Electronic Mail (e-mail) notifications.

# Generation of Scratch Card PIN for Result Checking, Admission Form and School Fee Payment

# It has a Computer Based Test Module. You can create a final exam or test exams for students. It has a countdown timer.

# Automate your HR activities and keep your workforce happy and motivated

# Accurately track student attendance & automate your attendance system on student report cards

MODULES:

Admission Management, Attendance Management, Automatic Birthday Sms, School Fee Management, Exam Report Management, Computer Base Test Management, Transportation Management, Scratch Card Management etc All of these modules are integrated in this single School Application. Thus, any of these modules can either be activated or deactivated.

A report of student’s academic performance would be delivered every term in the following forms:
Termly/Main Report Sheet which can be printed from the student panel section (Student Portal).
SMS notification of result sent through “School Model SMS” to each parent’s mobile phone number in a single mouse-click.
Computation of each student’s result is done perfectly with no computational error or ambiguity.
Parent receives Birthday SMS of their Child/Ward automatically.
Parents can be notified of the activities going on in the school (such as resumption date, PTA meeting schedules, flashing news, child’s daily performance in class, class teacher’s observation on child’s mood, child’s health alert and etcetera) via SMS in a single mouse-click.

MERITS OF PSM:

It eliminate cost of report card printing on the part of your school, stress on the part of teachers calculating student’s marks, trying to sort out the best students, trying to assign the right grades and so on, but within seconds the application does it and convert marks into grades, students can independently go on their own to print their result even on holiday.

There is a Scratch Card feature installed in which School can decide to generate Scratch Card PIN for Result Checking and sell to students (Money Generating section for the School)

You can generate Scratch card PIN for School Fee payment. So the school provides flexible payment system, likewise your school information will be on the scratch card which is Brand Recognition and can serve as a form of advertising…. Even Parent can begin to boast about the I.T Level of your school to their friends.

When sending School Fee Payment Reminder to all parent/guardian and stating that those that have paid their school fee should kindly ignore, PSM SMS module will only send SMS to parent whose child have not paid their school fee and the amount they ought to pay. It automatically fetches that from the data base.

There are 2 levels of Security… One was configured in the coding and the other on the server, so that their data is highly protected.

CUSTOMISATION:

We have only mentioned the basic features to be enjoyed within this software; however, we are open to customise this application to suit your school administrative operations. To achieve this, a form to fill would be issued to you after payment. This would keep us informed of the features you either want to be modified or added to suit your operations effectively.

HOW DOES SCHOOLS MAKE MONEY FROM THE PORTAL?

Schools charge each student for the Portal Usage. Thus, ranges at which some of our existing schools charge per student are: #500, #1000, #2000, #3000, #4000 and #5000 per Portal Usage in every term. This a great platform every parents would love to have and also an innovative platform for schools to use to offer quality educational services and at thesame time serves as a medium of extra income to the school.

FREE Setup for 3 months (One Term) after which you can either decide to continue using our school Application or not
With us the school will be paying #150,000 as against the standard price of #200,000 for the complete setup fee
All data entry of the students will entered by us
24/7 Technical assistant
We’ll come and train your school on how to use the Portal and also come to present the Portal Usage to the PTA
Website development (our charges are quite low and negotiable i.e if the school doesn’t have a website).
